Types of Avocado:-

Type A:-

In this category the flower opens as a female in the morning and close in the after noon then next day it open as a male but in the afternoon. In this category there are 'Hass' , 'Gwen' , 'Lamb Hass' , 'Pinkerton' and 'Reed' breeds comes.

Type B:-

In this category flower opens in the afternoon as a female and close in the late afternoon same day. Next day the flower open as a male in the morning. Type B breeds are 'Fuerte', 'Sharwil', 'Zutano', 'Bacon', 'Ettinger', 'Sir Prize' and 'Walter Hole'.
There is another breed called 'STONELESS AVOCADO' this varaity is limited and dont have a pit. This variety is also known as 'COCKTAIL AVOCADO'.

Ingredients -

4 Avocado
3 tbsp condensed milk
600 ml water
100 ml milk
20 gm jelly powder
vanilla extract pill
60 gm sugar

Recipe-

Peal off avocado , cut it into pieces and grind it in grinder with milk and condensed milk. take water in a small pot and mix jelly powder and sugar in it then cook it on small heat until sugar and jelly mix properly. Now mix both mixture [you can also mix with the help of grinder]. Now pour it in a small bowls [any shape] and put it in a fridge. your avocado jelly is ready.
